Horrid Service

I bought 2 scalectrix model cars from them(R700 each) . With in the first 45min the first car packed up. I took it back and told them that it packed up. The owner Gary told me it was the brushes. I said that its hard to believe but i replaced them at a cost of R400. Lo and behold, same problem, took it back again, with a piece of the track and the other car that worked properly. Now they believed me. So now it will be send for repairs. I phoned after two weeks and it was "ready" So now Im told that it was opend by them in the shop and it was just the old oil on the motor(on a new car, mmmm) So it has not been send away for repairs. Got home, test it aaand you guessed it, still shot. First time I took it back I saw the personnel helping other cuatomers and its the same attitude. Seem the are quick to sell expensive toys, but not interested in replaxing faulty toys. Everytime you phonevto talk to the owner Gary, he is outaide with a customer testing a drone. So my advise, stay away from Grand Prix Models is Boksburg.
