Do NOT waste your money at this store

On the 6th of August 2022 we went to the Boksburg branch to get a new rechargeable battery pack for a remote control car, we took our rechargeable battery pack with, that they sold us not to long ago, they told us that our battery back is faulty we have to buy a new one. On Sunday the 7th of August 2022 we went back to buy a new charger as ours broke. We used the charger exactly as instructed by the sales person. Whoever the battery over heated and melted. We then tried to charge our “damaged” battery with no issues. On Sunday the 14th of August 2022 we went back to complain, at this point we wanted a refund for the faulty battery pack. The owner or supervisor, told me that we must have done something wrong, insisted that we did not use the charger or batter pack as intended even though I tried to tell him that we are able to charge our faulty battery pack as instructed. I told him to give my charger back and that I will not be supporting the store in future. He then proceeded to me that he does not care, that is my choice, he basically does not need my business.
