Disgusting after sales service

Really disappointed in after sales service. Basically if you purchase a product from them you must take it even if it doesn't work they are completely not interested in refunding would rather try every excuse in the book to get out of this.

Purchase a R5000 s****** for my 7 year old for Christmas. He opened it on Christmas and the smile said it all. Charged unit up and went into the road for a ride. Lasted 3 minutes then stopped going completely . " very disappointed 7 year old "

Took the s****** back on the 27th as they were closed on the 26th. Had to argue with them for 4 hours to get a replacement. After eventually getting another unit went home and the next day took it out to the road to try with my seven year old. Once again the s****** didn't go properly as soon as tried to turn and go up 3 degree incline s****** motor stopped erratically . Took s****** back and then had to book in for repairs. Waited a week then went back only to get told the s****** cant drive on bumpy surface or go up any inclines it has to drive on flat service and must be smooth. I have never heard such a load of ******* in my life about a s****** as we a couple of others already . They will do anything not to refund or admit the product is faulty .

Very disappointed in what is supposed to be the best hobby shop.
