Bad to Zero Customer Service

Would like to complain about the service but it's hard as I haven't received any. Drone was booked in 2 months ago, no correspondence , no updates and after two months and about 15 phone calls; still no idea what is going on. The story on repairing the drone also changes from day to day. Fairly certain nothing is actually being done and it feels like excuses being made up. Won't support them ever again.
