I definitely do: Grand Diamonds - Loop Street, Cape Town

<p>My fiancé is from Cape Town & I am from Durban. She moved to Durban in 2012 to study. At the end of 2013, we met at a running club & soon became friends. I met up with her in December 2013 in Cape Town while on holiday with my friends. In late January of 2014 I asked her out on a date (On my birthday), where she met most of my family – they loved her immediately. I officially asked her out as my girlfriend on the 7th of February 2014. She said yes. We have had the most wonderful relationship, well suited to each other. I knew from very early on that I was falling for her in a way I have never fallen for a girl before. I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her so I decided I would propose in June 2015. I chose the Drakensburg Mountains as the location in KZN to pop the question, so that she wouldn’t guess what was about to transpire. But I had to find the most perfect ring. I research a few places but really wanted to find a company from her home town to bring together Cape Town and Durban. I found Grand Diamonds in Loop Street and emailed them straight away. Soon after I received an email from Leandro and we decided that the next time I was in Cape Town I would meet up with him at his office to discuss what I wanted. From that email on, I have been blown away by the professional service I have received. With a purchase as enormous & important as an engagement ring, I naturally was quite nervous. Leandro made me feel at ease & assured me at every stage of my purchase as well as at every stage of manufacturing. He sent me a CAD drawing before manufacturing for an approval, as well as a video of my fiancés ring once completed. He courier the ring down to Durban immediately & I remember being blown away & overcome with emotion at its beauty. Amy was too when she received her ring at the top of Drakensberg mountain on the 28th of June 2015 - and to this very day, she is over the moon with how perfect her ring is. She receives numerous complements on how shiny and pure her diamonds look. It’s been over a year that we have been engaged and our friends still ask to see her ring. When deciding to make up her wedding band, we naturally went together back to Grand Diamonds to decide on the best fit for her engagement ring. We had a custom made wedding band to suit her engagement ring, which we received this past weekend. Once again the service from the Grand Diamonds team was beyond our expectations. We are so excited to get married now & we have Leandro, Phillipa & the manufacturing team at Grand Diamonds to thank for the huge part they played in our happy story. We will forever have a reminder of the love we have for each other just from looking at the most beautiful rings.
