****roach in food

I witnessed a ****roach in my food as i was about to take a bit

I went in to report the incident one of the staff asked me to show her before i show the manager she was so apologetic the manager arrived and all she said was where is it opened it and left me there. There was no apology nothing and another stuff member gave me a refund i am so disappointed by the manager she was disrespectful in some sort because she could have at least apologised
