I called Grand Central Motors on 09/12/15 around 13:30 I spoke to Lindani requesting a quote for 3 parts for a Chrysler PT Cruiser. I gave him my email address spelling it alphabet by alphabet and he said he will email the quote, which he never did. At 08:30 on the 10/11/15 I phoned him checking why he hasn't sent the quote he said the email bounced back, claiming he got 1 alphabet wrong, I re-spelled the email address alphabet by alphabet and he said he is sending it immediately. At 09:15 I called him again because I still hadn't received the quote. He said to me he sent it I must check if it's not in junk mail and I confirmed its not, then he said do I now expect him to come deliver it I shouldn't make this his problem I then told him not to give me attitude then he said I can do all I want I can even bring Jesus to his office he doesn't care.<br> I'm very perplexed and perturbed that this is a kind of service I got from Grand Central as a client who always buys from them because I have two Chryslers and a Jeep.
