Terrible except for the sales guys who really made me feel welcome

I find the dealer principal at Mercedesbenz grand central motors ****** and has no customer skills...it’s clear it was a favour perhaps because he’s privileged ...he fails wen it comes to dealing with black customers which I’m sure makes the majority of their clientele...it’s appalling and distasteful that such ppl can still have position of power.
