Sunroof Shuttered

I bought a brand new CLA 200 AMG Mercedes Benz on the 2nd of March 2016. On the 1st of April the panoramic sunroof got shuttered while I was driving on the freeway.I reported the matter to the dealership and they advise me to bring it dealer so that they will check and diagnose what is the problem. Grand Central dealership borrowed me the courtesy car and 4 days later they ask me to claim from the insurance because they said they did assessment and Mercedes Benz South Africa(MBSA) said its not their fault and sunroof is not covered on the warranty. I fail to understand that a brand new car less that a month old can not be treated on the factory warranty. After that I called Grand Central and ask them to give me name of the person who came to do assessment on the vehicle, Desigan Naidoo told me that they did it online. I get crossed on how can they do assessment online without putting the car in ant machine for diagnose and after they told me MBSA refuse to fix it and I have to claim from the insurance(Alexander Forbes). I enquired again at MBSA and request for further explanation and they also told me that sunroof falls under windscreen and its not covered on warranty.I did what they ask me to do to claim from the insurance(Alexander Forbes) but the car was still with the Dealership Grand Central. The insurance(AF) sent an assessor and the assessor just approve to proceed with the claim because he couldn't figure out the cause, said Desigan. I called them after 3 weeks as they were not even bothering to give me any update to check the progress whether to they receive the part or not. Grand Central took 3 weeks not getting back to me and give feedback and I heard to complain to MBAS and ask me to ask them for WIP no. That is when they started to give feedback. MBAS and AF told me that the access for the windscreen is not the same as when the car is involved in an accident. Now when I have to collect the car they change it and said I need to have the full amount of access.I am getting confused with all the parties now and I am not interested in that car anymore. I need consumer act to work on this issue and tell me which steps to take now. I also asked for advises on legal route. I am very much disappointed with the service I have received to all the parties I have mentioned here because they do not give good customer service. I was the one who kept on calling and nagging about my car, complain and feedback from emails sent. This week I went to fetch my car from Mercedes Grand Motors, the consultants who i ask whether this sunroof replacement is warrantable. she said the car is still under warranty which meens everything is in warranty. I am seriously confused with MBAS and Grand Central Dealership., Please advise on what to do?
