Service of my Fiat Punto

<p>I'm in total disgust that till today I'm still waiting for a call about the replacement of my window. Brought in my car about 4 weeks ago for a service. Whatever i mentioned to be fixed i was advised that its fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon picking up my car as soon as i got onto the highway the same problem arised. I called the following day and i spoke to the person who was busy with it and he advised me he will get back to me regarding the issue and the confirmation for my window. I'm still waiting.</p>
