Poor service from Mercedes-Benz

Utterly disappointed by Mercedes-Benz. I had a breakdown in March and was far from home. They came and towed the car away and advised me to seek shelter for the night and submit an invoice for the accommodation reimbur*****t. I sent all the documents they asked for on March 22nd, 2023. I then sent a few follow-up emails yet no reimbur*****t or feedback. when I called in July the person on the other end said "oh, we only received the documents yesterday; you should receive the payment in a matter of days" to which I asked where the documents had been sitting since March? she then asked me to hold while she tried to "find out". she made me hold until I could no longer wait. She didn't call me back and didn't send me an email. and here we are, a month after the call, 5 months after the claim, I have not received the reimbur*****t and they continue to ghost me.
