Poor service, consumers being **********.

Took my vehicle in for a service. Delivered vehicle at dealer around7:30. By 12:00 no one call to inform me of the cost of the service or quote for repairs after I called the service advisor several times . When she she finally called me, arrogantly informing me that assessing a vehicle takes time. Then the shock, the cost of repairs was around R69 000.00 . I asked for the service cost and she emailed me a quote for oil service, brake pads , wiper blades , park lamp bulbs for R17 000-00. Long and short after having the car for the day no work was authorised and I collected my car. This dealership is a *******. R900 to replace two bulbs which cost R40. The service manager agreed for us to meet when I got there he had left. 3 days on and he did not even bother to call back. Shame on them.
