Mercedes benz fails to fix my vehicle while its still in warranty

<p>I booked my car in, on the 2nd of march because the car was shaking. Service provider was Danie Nel. I was advised it was suspension isue and luckily the car was still on warranty. Mercedes stayed with the car until the warranty was finished and i got my car two weeks back just to realise there is noise when driving the car. i took the car back and now im being told mercedes will not fix the suspension because the warranty is over. but this is the same suspension they changed a month back. are mercedes parts that weak that if a person can drive a week it breaks again? im so annoyed right now.... will never advise anyone to take their car to grand central motors</p>
