I took my Volvo in for a service. The booking was done very quick and efficiently. The repairs and service to the vehicle was completed to my satisfaction, but I would have liked to have been kept informed of the progress especially since they planned on keeping the vehicle for an additional day. I only received a call at 16:00 to let me know that the vehicle was not ready. Otherwise, I was happy with everything else. I guess I was used to the previous service manager who was very good with keeping me updated. I didn’t get to meet or see the new service manager on this occasion.
