Car still not fixed since Oct 2nd 2017

I drive a dodge Journey which is still under car finance and broke down on the 30th of Sept 2017 due to engine fault and it was towed to grand central motors in Midrand on the 2nd of Oct 2017, received it on the 26 Oct 2017 drove it for one day and i was not happy with it as it was still sounding the same, got stuck again due to the same fault then towed by to them on the 30th of Oct 2017, ever since then the car is still with them and the only feedback that iam getting is that they have some issues after the engine strip even now the car is not yet sorted and i was never giving the a courtesy as the last i spoke to them was they didnt have a car me. My frustration is now getting to pay for the car that iam not even driving an on top of that i still need to pay them some money as the car is out of warranty and i took plan with SA warranty. I dont know who to speak to in this regard and i would appreciate some guidance.
