Bad Service at Grand Central Motors

Grand Central Charged me a total amount of R91000+ in within a period of 2 to 3 Months to service my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 2013 Model. I drove it for less than a month and there was an oil leak. When I opened my bonnet I discovered a tool forgotten in the engine. The pumper was broken as well and no one told me.

I really need to get a solution to my problem. Car manufacturers after sale experience is not pleasant until you buy another car. How do we make sure that these dealers helps us properly even after buying the car?
