BAD BAD SERVICE / no aftersales service

Bought a Isuzu from Jeep used, mirror broken and was stated in file is broken , does not want to replace, diff lock light comes on and off , on there ay to me it did the same, they refuse to repair ,,poor poor service, even the headoffice email adres doesnt exist ... very poor service doesnt want to admit any thing , said i bought it with faults and waived them , they are not honest
