3 weeks replace Clutch Kit&no workmanship Warranty
I accepted a quote for clutch kit replacement on the 10th November and the car was towed to the dealership on that day. Work on the car would only commence on the 17th November( a week later) as that was next available date. Job card was assigned to Arnold De Bruto(Service Advisor). I was told parts would be ordered in the meantime and that this took 48 hours/72, which i later discovered did not happen.

On the 17th there'd been no word as yet and in the afternoon i called to find out progress and there'd been none. According to Service Advisor , parts were only ordered on the 12th had only arrived that morning(17th November). He further told me he'd rescheduled work to Friday(20th November).
Long story short after much frustration and endless chasing up the service Advisor, I received the car on monday 23rd. First thing I notice as I left the dealership was how, the gears transmission were getting crankier the longer the drive from Midrand to Fourways went. On Monday(30th Nov) morning had the car towed back. Now Arnold informs me that Grand Central motors will not honor warranty for their work - the transmission oil leak and clutch crankiness has nothing do with their work done
