***** & dishonest Systems

On 3 Nov 2015, I bought a car from Grand auctions held at the World Wear Centre, Fairlands. They **** re the year of the car and said accident free when it was not When the car was serviced it was found that it was a 2003 car & not a 2008 car as they had stated via a placard on the car at the auction .Also, the auctioneer had stated 2008 & said it was accident free. The service showed that the car had been in an accident & rebuilt badly on the back , sides & inside. <br> <br> Their systems are dishonest in that 30 days after the auction they have not given us the ownership papers & we do not know who the owner is to contact. They gave us a list of cars with no years listed & use the placard on the car which they then remove to prevent clients having evidence of their lies. When I call the number on the brochure, I am told it is a private home / just rings. I contacted 2 employees via a cell number, that I got from a lady at the auction, to get the papers but they have done nothing .I have sent a legal letter which was ignored. They refuse to give a fax number. They get clients to pay into a business account when it should be a trust account according to auction rules.
