Dishonesty, Lies and *******

<p>I purchased a vehicle at the rand show this year. The placard on the car revealed a year, mileage and model of vehicle. When the auctioneer was auctioning the vehicle he mentioned that the vehicle has never been in any accident and the papers are all in order. I bought the vehicle on the pretense and it was sent as a trade in at a dealer on another vehicle where the deal was subject to receiving the vehicles papers. When I received the papers I just gave it to the dealer only for it to reveal that the vehicle was a rebuilt. I am very disgusted at the lack of honesty in the bidding process. As part of the Consumer Act even at an auction the auctioneer must reveal the faults on the vehicle. This however was not done. I contacted Mr Zubier and he ***ured me feedback. To date nothing has materialised and I am of the opinion that they will not get back to me. I need my money back for the car I purchased from a dishonest trade.</p>
