Car papers

<p>I bought a car from grand auctioneers in lenasia on the 20th of august 2016.i have not received my car papers since the time of purchase and i call every week since the purchase and do not get any feedback regarding the car papers.as per their terms and conditions papers take 21 days to be issued.it is almost 3 months and i still do not have my papers i have called and escallate the matter and nothing gets done.This is apparently a repposessed car which i assume the papers are with the bank and should not be a lenghthy process , once i pay they need to settle the bank in this case their client and will be given the papers, i assume they have not paid their client and therefore i suffer the consequenses.i want to understand why to this day i do not have my car papers and why they do not pay their suppliers when i the client have paid fully for the car.this has become a tidious excercise as there are no structures in place in this company that take responsibility , i have been in contact with the South African Insititute of Auctioneers (SAIA) with the hope that they will assist and still awaiting feedback.i know that the hellopeter platform has assisted me in the past and i am sure that this will also make other consumers aware of auction houses to stay away from as they will have headaches of obtaining proper documentation.</p>
