Worst Insurance ever.

I insured my iPhone XS Max 64GB Rose Gold and unfortunately got ****** on the 14th of November so I submitted a claim. Acoording to the policy they're suppose to replace it with a colour of my choice but they didn't even ask me which colour I want and today I received a parcel from Takealot and guess what it's a used phone. The box is dirty underneath the covering plastic to prove that it's not new. I don't understand why they buy iphones from Takealot when there's iStore
