Bad service

I bought a car from Gralin Auto in PE 4 months ago. The vehicle has been in the repair shop for 3 and a half months of the 4 months of having it. Everything possible has gone wrong with the car. Radiator needs to be replaced, clutch snapped, water pipes burst, corroding on the pipes, oil and water mixing, aluminium pipes need to be replaced, 9 bolts missing from the chair, seat belt not working, door doesn't close, Opel confirmed that anti freeze was never used and has caused a lot of the problems. All these repairs add up to a total of just over R80 000. I bought the car to use for a small business and we have not been able to use it therefore we have lost money from our business, we are still having to pay off the car and we are unable to get the owner of Gralin Auto to return our calls. We have tried numerous times to get hold of him. Where am I protected?
