Graigownie guest house -where is my money???

I cancelled my reservation with them in December because the bed had bugs and there were huge rats outside in the garden at night. I have been trying to get a refund since January. I have had no help from Booking.com or graigownie guest house in sea point. They basically just give me the run around. IM DISGUSTED with the way things are being handled. The owner dies not seem interested at all.
