I Paid over a deposit to have Graig du Toit Nel market my products online but after about 2-3 weeks of no follow up answers to my questions and other information requested regarding the marketing strategy, I decided to rather ask for a refund of my deposit of R2500.00. Nowhere was it mentioned verbally or written that the deposit is non-refundable. With further communication to the manager Stephen, his words were that he don't want to talk to me anymore. However he stated I must contact their lawyer to which there is no correspondence or any feedback whatsoever. To this day I have not received my deposit nor any correspondence regarding the way forward to marketing my product.
