POOR>RVICE

Graham's where appointed by my insurers to repair the rear end of my fiance's Audi Q3 after a minor accident. Approximately a week after the work was completed I noticed that her tailgate lights were no longer working so I took it back to Graham's who after checking recommended that I take it to Audi. I instead I took the car to a recognized auto electrical company in Paarl who after checking reported that the tailgate sensor wires had been broken off which could have only happened during the stripping and assembly process during the repair so I took the invoice and report back to Graham's who promised that they would look into it and get back to me. They instead tried to claim the cost of repair from my insurers and denied that their employee had nothing to do with it and even **** that they had shown both my fiance' and myself that the lights were working when we collected the car. I have lodged an official complaint with my insurers about this matter
