Security concern brushed aside

Check-in was fine and helpful. Arrived late (22:00 on 22 July 2025) but staff served meal from room service. However, I got very worried about security in the morning. When I went for breakfast, I locked my door but when I came back, I found the door to my room wide open. My computer was on the bed and one of my cellphones was still on sideboard. Nothing was ****** - relief. I then asked the cleaners cleaning the room next to mine who had opened the door and they said they do not know. I went downstairs to the front desk and the someone who appeared to be supervisor / manager in the office next to the front desk heard me complaining to the front desk lady and came through. She said she was sorry about the incident and this has never happened before. She then went back to her office. My impression and feeling was one of anger as the matter was not taken seriously - invasion of privacy and risk of theft or worse is just brushed aside as if to say, "Get over it, it's nothing, after all nothing was ******..". I can never recommend the place but hope the nonchalant attitude to a security issue will not result in serious outcome in future
