I sent my washing machine for repairs on 15 February 2026
I sent my washing machine for repairs on 15 February 2026. I got it back after 2 months. It lasted 2 weeks. I took it back, and is still in their workshop. 2 weeks ago I was informed that they're unable to fix it, and will reimburse me the amount I paid and also return my washing machine. On 14 July 2026, I went it to the shop where Mr. Graham did not want to speak to me directly. On the Sam day, the sales agent sent me a message to say the they want to give me a loan washing machine and prepare a second hand machine for me. This proposal I declined as I would rather purchase a new machine with guarantee and warranty. Today , 17 July 2026, the same sales agent said that the proposal we as made and they're awaiting an answer from us. I need assistance as to how to deal with this company. I will never make use of their services again
