Graham Jones Builder - Avoid at all cost

I’d like to warn anyone that is thinking of using Graham Jones (GM Jones Builders) for their building or renovation project. A group of brothers that work together. My renovation project with them was an absolute disaster. As the work progressed, it became apparent that Graham Jones has a tendency to be dishonest; I was issued with a *****ulent electrical compliance certificate and had to pay a compliance company A LOT of money to fix the compliance issues; copper piping was cut and removed from the property without my consent; the suspended wood floor was left unstable, poorly repaired and scratched from being sanded against the grain; the security company could not fit the burglar gates and bars because the reveals were so skew, so I had to get a plasterer to chop off and replaster the reveals; they installed toilets by loosely putting the outlet pipes into the outlet piping in the floor, like you would a washing machine. The list of poor, ********* workmanship is so long. I’m still busy assessing and correcting all the damage they did to my property.
