Very bad service from Bradlows and Grafton Everest

I bought a lounge suite from Bradlows , my two seater were send for repairs twice and came back , leather damaged. Bradlows opt to replace my whole lounge suite for free but all lounge suits that were send to me were damaged -leather cut or sc****d of. Grafton Everest send me a suite twice , the quality of manufacturing were so bad I send photos to the factory showing them how bad the stitching were and that there were cuts in the leather. I am being avoid now since I am "difficult"
