Urgent

Gooday my name is Mr M Moodley ive purchased a lounge suite from furniture vibes in amanzimtoti on 14 .02.2022 .my total purchase from this store came to R27,950 on that day of the purchase the sales person the manager or owner were very happy i came to the store to purchase..about a week later i got delivery.when it was delivered to me at my flat.the 3 peice back rest was damaged,but it was sorted put and got replaced.Now that that i have a problem with the single seater im getting no joy from the company.the manager/owner and his son visited my flat to have a look at my problem.he asked me to send photos to him.he will send it to grafton when grafton send a message saying i took a knife and cut the sofa.i am 63 years old living with my wife alone.why would i cut it with a knife.i dont have any grand children as yet.and grafton says that i must pay R850.i am living off my pension.i have no other income.why must i pay R850.so i would like to like to get feedback asap.or i will take it up further to enca.you can contact me on ***.Thank you
