Unrepaire lounge suite

I bought a taylor lounge suite last year at morkels randfontein, jan 2016 i launched a complaint at the shop about the single seater that was sacking, the double seater had a problem with wearing off stiches and again the three seater had a problem with a recliner that was not workin at all. It happened that the warehouse came to take the product and then they told me that i have to pay an amount of R2000 to fix it, of which i agreed upon and they said the regional manager must authorise the amount to paid of which the regional manager did authorise. Apparently after a while they did bring back the lounge suite unrepaired an when we call eugien its either he gives us excuses or he rudely hang up on us.
