Unprofessional Appalling service at Umhlanga showroom

My fiance and I visited the Grafton Everest Umhlanga Showroom on the 17 September 2016 at 11-30am. Never had we experienced such impatience, arrogance and utter disrespect from a salesperson. While viewing a piece that was already unzipped we were screamt at from a distance of 8m across the showroom where other customers were present. We indicated it was already unzipped but continued to be shouted at. I had to repeat myself numerously to say we had not done so. If need be, the cameras in the showroom can confirm this. When we asked for a quote and for explanations it was rushed, there was no proper explanations from the catalogue or how the process works. While she flipped through the pages they were being slapped on the counter harshly and even a pen flew off the table which could have hit me. To date my fiance and I have visited the following stores and never have we been subjected to such disrespect: Sutherlands Coricraft clearance store Living style Decofurn Teds home stores House & Home UFO Value lounge Fielli Leather Gallery Trend Designs Grafton everest has a great reputation in the market and is understood to be one of the best, however based on our experience today we are highly disappointed and appalled. We definitely will not be considering the quote we got as we dont want to buy something that will always remind us of this experience.
