Unhappy with the Bradlows service and Grafton EVEREST couches

Based on my latest review I got a call from the warehouse telling me that they will com and collect the couches which they did yesterday. While we were arranging the collection I was talking with a lady called Thembi who was not very friendly and even ended up hanging a phone up on my ear. I then called the Bradlaws complaint department where I spoke to Tshego who told me that my previous case was even closed and he opened another one. My concern is when I spoke to John who is a shop manager at the Thorntree complex he told me that they taking the couches in for assessment in order to see if they can replace then which they did collect yesterday at 17:00 and today at 15: 04 from Daisy telling me that they are fixed and ready for delivery tomorrow Saturday the 10th April which was not what we agreed on.
