Third time repair, mum is the word from supplier!

After several attempts to have our couches fixed correctly by FurnFix and their agent Genie Upholstery in Bloemfontein, they have no completely stopped corresponding to our e-mails and phone calls. <br> <br> When can we expect Grafton and Everest to take responsibility for their poor workmanship?<br> <br> We bought them from Furniture City Loch Logan, but as we all know, Furniture City is no longer with us..... So no-one is taking responsibility for our problem.<br> <br>
