POOR WORKMANSHIP

I bought a genuine leather Grafton Everest lounge suite. Now a year later the stitching is pulling loose all over and they tell me there is only a year guarantee on that and that the guarantee have already expired. This is unacceptable to say the least. How can an expensive lounge suite like this pull loose at the stitching within one year of purchase.
