Poor Quality

I bought a Grafton Everest Reno Mk2 (3,2,1) lounge suite from Rochester Park Meadows on 08/09/2016 and after only 10 months one of the seats just collapsed (it was fixed under warranty). Now after only 5 years another 3 seats have collapsed (we are not heavy people). I thought Grafton Everest was one of the top quality brands in South Africa but after this experience I have strong doubts. I paid R20995.00 plus R495.00 for delivery to have these kind of problems, I will never buy this brand as long as I live and will never recommend this brand to anyone.
