Poor quality

I purchased a Grafton everest leather lounge suit from Rochester Cornubia in Austust 2019. Few months later I complained bout the leather which was sorted out. Few months after that I had problems with the leather and memory foam which I am pleased to say was sorted out again. It's only being 1.5 years and I am having serious problem with the leather again. It's peaking and cracking. The quality of the leather is very bad and I spent alot of money for it. I know grafton for it quality products but am very disappointed with this louge suit and cannot go every few months to complain about it
