Poor customer service
Hi, I bought a 3 and a 2 seater lounge on the 14 August 2018. Since then I have moved house and the proof of purchase was misplaced however my full order details together with the order number is under both couches marked on labels that are sewn into the couch when it was manufactured.
The frame of the 3 seater is now coming apart and grafton Everest will not repair the couch because I don’t have the proof of purchase. I mean what more do you need you have all my details, my order number as well surely as part of your customer service policy you can look up my order and obtain any additional information
I have sent pics of the labels to their call center and where literally told it’s not their problem.
Now I have a couch that is coming apart which I paid a large sum of money for
I will not be purchasing from them again and don’t recommend them as the after service leaves a lot to be desired.
Note: the frame has a 5 year warranty but it looks like grafton will find any reason not resolve their factory defects.
