Poor customer service and service delivery service

This supplier doesn't have a store that can be contacted or a number in which clients can complain. I have made multiple attempts to contact the head office and the customer service via email and telephonically. My warrenty on the structure of my recliner is expiring in the middle of December and I have tried to make contact from October but to no avail.

The customer service is pathetic, I will not recommend their products to anyone.
