peeling lounge suite

I bought 2 lounge suites in August 2013 from the factory in Verulam. Both of them started to peel from the middle of last year. Kindy assist as this is a factory defect. I called the factory and a gentleman told me that this is out of warranty. I am not prepared to get this re upholstered at my cost as i believe this is inferior quality.
