Pealing Couches

This Company - Grafton Everest does not even deserve one star!

We bought a leather lounge suit. Within 2 years the fabric started to crack and followed by pealing. I've sent emails and Facebook messages with photo's stating my query. I was told multiple times that they will be in contact with me, but up to now, they haven't contacted me. My last few messages gets ignored. I can't find a contact number. The issue has escalated tremendously. And this for a lounge suite that we paid R30000.00 for.
