Pathetic service and Poor workmanship

<p>We bought a highly expensive top of Grafton range lounge suite which was delivered and never been 100% functional as we procured the recliner set. Then we noticed it was not even 100% genuine leather. Thereafter, they sent there repair team who further damaged the lounge suite and now over a year later we cannot get anyone to rectify these problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>63 years in the game and yet you do not deliver as you promise.</p>
