Pathetic quality and services

I purchased a Beyonce lougue set from Lewis in October 2018 from Lewis pinetown . The first set that was delivered was a reject as the right hand side couldn't level up and I called Lewis and 2 months later they send me a shop used 3 seater . I paid for the lougue set in full . Lewis manager nsiki promised they will deliver a new set this Thursday , after so many excuses and putting a post on hello Peter they deliver my new lougue set today. The lougue set that was delivered today was also a reject from the factory as the 3 seater left hand side recliner doesn't open and the couch is not level on the at side , I can't even use the 3 seater . On the set it states it was inspected if these couches was inspected they would have seen that the 3 seater is a reject . This is utter nonsense from Lewis and graffon Everest
