Pathetic Guarentee from Grafton Everest

<p>I bought a Grafton Everest Lounge suite from Bradlows last year. Not even 6 months down the line, the material starts to crack. I know it is not genuine leather but i don't believe it should crack this soon. Its actually like the top layer is peeling off. I queried numerous times with Bradlows and JD group but still no word from them. They promised to get back to me via my complaint on Hellopeter but since then no reply. So now I'm taking my complaint to the manufacturer. I also sent Grafton everest an email to which there is still no response. Where is the guarentee i was promised when i bought the suite? Can somebody please tell me what to do next as these suppliers are clearly useless!!!</p>
