No Customer protection. Grafton Everest -ROGUES

I bought a Nu Berry reclining lounge suite from Russels Vredenburg. I used it for 4 months and sent it back to Russels for repairs to the mechanisms and unsteady/ wobbly recliners. Instead of repairing my suite gets returned to me after 6 months unrepaired,damaged and dirty with a sagging 3 seater. It looks like the suite was used in their warehouse. They advertise craftsmanship on the web but they cheat pensioners out of their hard earned savings. Where is customer protection from these people/ rogues?
