Lounge suite

I bought a 3 pice motion lounge suite in 2021 at Bradlows bluff in Durban for R25000. 00 cash, in 2022 the material started peeling off, in 2023 I went to the store and told the store manager, she told me that she was going to send an email to Grafton everest since they are the manufacturer, 3days later the manager called and said I must pay R9000 for Grafton everest to repair the lounge suite, I am so disappointed with Bradlows and Grafton Everest the way they handled this matter after spending so much and hoping that this lounge suite will last long.
