Inconsiderable and disregard for their clients, 2nd post

Pathetic, poor, inconsiderable service

After my review, I did received feedback from Grafton. However I still needed clarity and after sending 3 emails directly to them, I have not received a response. I'm reposting the pathetic service and inconsideration Grafton has given me. It's seems to be that I get feedback when I give feedback on this platform and not from my personal email. It's been a 2.5 year battle with Grafton and to date my issues are not resolved. They don't respond when they are held accountable for their poor quality and disregard me as a client. I have a trail of emails to proof how my qeuries are being ignored. I call, leave messages but no response. This is really and inconvenience to me and a health hazard to my self and kids. Boris is something that cannot be ignored.
