Grafton Everest quality is questionable
I purchased a Grafton Everest couch from Bradlows Parow In January this year. The couch was delivered with stitching that was coming undone. I phoned Bradlows and they advised that the couch was out of stock and that it would take 6 weeks for the couch to be replaced.
The replacement was delivered some time in February in a much worse condition than the first one. The legs were uneven, the couch makes squeaking noises, it has untidy back cushions which do not even line up to form the beautiful corner lounge suite it’s supposed to be.
I have informed the store of my request for a refund as I do not feel that the couch is worth all the money spent if I have so far received 2 faulty units. Are these units not quality checked before they leave your factory?
I have always trusted the brand but Bradlows has left me with very little confidence in the Grafton Everest guarantee!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and even more so in the quality of the couch as believe Bradlows Is only your sales agent and the quality of the couch rests with you however I do think that Grafton Everest should look into the relationship you have with Bradlows as they are throwing your reputation to the wind and I’m sure many others would agree!
I would appreciate some sort of acknowledgment from Grafton Everest.
