Grafton Everest - Poor Quality Of Lounge Suites

We purchased a Grafton Everest lounge suite in July 2020 and 3 years later the sofa has peeled off on the seats , back rest and arms. This is so disappointing to note that we chose Grafton Everest based on them being such a reputable company but only to find out that the quality is so bad. I would like some kind of feedback or assistance regarding the matter and don't recommend this name brand to other clients that are looking to purchase a lounge suite.
